What data we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email, phone and company (the last two optional) and the message you write. We only use it to respond to your request for information or a demo. We don’t use it for advertising purposes or share it with third parties for any other reason.

How the form is sent

The form does not use any external provider: submitting it opens a pre-filled message in your own mail client, addressed to hola@realestatecrm.es. No third party receives or processes that data before you decide to send it.

How long we keep your data

We keep messages received for as long as needed to handle your request and, unless a further relationship follows (for example, a demo or a subscription to the service), no longer than reasonable for that purpose.

Cookies and Google Analytics

This site only uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and, if you give us your consent, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months) to see which content gets read the most. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, based in Ireland; the analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, a transfer Google bases on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, subsidiarily, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Those cookies aren’t activated until you accept them in the banner shown the first time you visit the site, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below.

Your cookie choice (accept or reject) is not stored in a cookie, but in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), via the /scripts/cookie-consent.js script. That information only exists on your own device: we neither receive it nor store it on our servers.

If your agency subscribes to the CRM

When an agency subscribes to RealEstateCRM and adds contacts, properties or clients inside the CRM, RealEstateCRM acts as a data processor for that data, not as controller: it is the agency that decides what data to enter and for what purpose. That relationship is governed by the data processing agreement included in the terms of service, under Article 28 GDPR.

Data Protection Officer

Appointing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is not mandatory for this activity under Article 37 GDPR, and none has currently been appointed. Any data-protection query can be sent to the contact email listed in the legal notice.

Automated decisions

No decisions are made based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing through the contact form itself. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
